You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
As a therapist, I believe healing begins with feeling seen and accepted for who you are. My practice is rooted in cultural humility, inclusivity, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, ensuring every client is met with respect, authenticity, and compassion.
I work with teens and adults using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based techniques, we will work together to process the past, navigate present challenges, and build a more fulfilling future.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I am also a member of Chi Sigma Iota, reflecting my commitment to ethical practice, professional excellence, and lifelong learning.
It is a privilege to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My hope is that you’ll find a space where you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged as you discover your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
Healing begins with one conversation. I look forward to meeting you.
